PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WIKA Gedung) is a subsidiary of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, with current business activities spanning Construction Services, Investment and Concessions, as well as Industrial segments such as Modular and Precast manufacturing.

More than just a report, this is WIKA Gedung’s visual manifesto—a forward-looking narrative shaped by smart solutions and sustainable thinking. The design adopts a futuristic and minimalist approach: clean layouts, cool-toned palettes, and custom illustrations inspired by the company’s identity. Every detail aligns with the mission to create infrastructure that is intelligent, efficient, and environmentally responsible—pushing boundaries while staying grounded in purpose.

The Problem

Sustainability reports often suffer from one of two extremes: too plain to engage, or too complex to inform. When visual clarity is missing, the bigger picture—innovation, impact, and long-term vision—fails to land.

The Solution

We designed with intention. By translating WIKA Gedung’s sustainable innovations into streamlined visuals and structured storytelling, we created more than aesthetics—we built understanding. Every element, from grid to gradient, supports a single idea: smart growth must be seen to be believed. And design makes that possible.
